  • - Respect for the client :
    one person in charge of all the communications with the client ensures a service that is customized and respectful of the needs of the customers.

  • - Respect for the standards of presentation :
    the reproduction in a faithful manner of the page layout provided by the client. In this matter, we ask all of our clients to provide their documents in electronic format.

  • - Respect for the content :
    a translation absolutely exact, with the provision of documents that seem to have been written in the target language, French. It is important that the texts read easily, and do not look or feel like translations. Accuracy and consistency are the essential criteria of a good translation.

  • - Respect of deadlines :
    a good estimation of the work to be done and a good time management ensure the delivery of a document of higher quality to the client and the respect of the agreed-upon deadline.

  • - Respect of the evaluation provided :
    an evaluation is done of the documents based on the complexity, technical nature and/or urgency and volume which is calculated in number of words. The word count is always based on the number of words of the source document, never on an unknown or approximate number of words of the future translated version of the document. This type of approximation can lead to extra costs up to 25%. This is the reason why the work is always done from the document provided in electronic format.

  • - Respect for the privacy :
    one owner working alone and one user of the computer ensure the sound confidentiality of the client’ information.
